For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Extended interest-free financing is available through CareCredit. Senior citizens’ discounts will be offered for those patients 62 and older, if no other discounts or insurance applies. We will also accept assignment of insurance benefits, with your estimated co-payment and deductibles due at the time of service. Any balance remaining after insurance payment or non-payment is the responsibility of the patient.

At Martin Dentistry, we provide personalized treatment with your best interests in mind. Dental insurance can be a good benefit, and we will help maximize your benefits. Insurance will not normally cover a 100% of most procedures, nor will it provide enough benefit to cover needed treatment in some cases. We will give you treatment options specific to your needs and wants. We do not plan treatment based on insurance coverage, as the specifics of your insurance plan are subject to change without notice. If you have concerns with your plan, please contact your insurance representative or your employer’s human resources manager.

We will be happy to submit your insurance claim with necessary records and accept payment from your insurance company. We will provide you with an estimate of your insurance co-payment. This estimate does not guarantee coverage by insurance companies, and they can choose what to cover for their own purposes. Please notify our office of changes in your insurance.
